Hello, my name is Dave, I am one of the founders and directors of Bytewire Ltd. I spend most of my days working on our various development projects and when not working, playing football, gyming, chilling playing games and spending time with friends.

Bio

From a very young age i've always been interested in games and gaming, however it was only after doing something that I didn't love that I decided to start doing something that I did. In early 2007 I set out to begin teaching myself to program through articles on google and a few books, I started an online game called Street Crime as a testing ground for my new found skills. In late 2007 with the help of some good friends we got the first ever version of Street Crime launched. I then finished my university studies in 2008 and in the autumn of the same year set up Bytewire Ltd. My core competencies are mainly in front and back end web development. Php, Javascript, Css, jQuery, Ajax, MySQL and Action-Script.

Bio

I studied Internet Engineering at the University of Essex graduating in the summer of 2008. I achieved a 2:1 BEng (Hons). During my final year I completed a dissertation on a website project called MySport. It was during this project that I realised that Website Design was what I wanted to do. During my 4 years at Essex University I also had experience with C#, C++, Visual Basic, Pov-ray, OpenGL and Network Security. Whilst at university I also worked as a Freelance Computer Consultant helping people with any problems they had with their computers. It was my university project combined with my freelance work that convinced me creating a Web Design and Computer Company was what I wanted to do.
