We’re looking for a Zend Framework (preferably Zend Certified) to come and work with us on a project we are undertaking here at Bytewire HQ. This role is temporary, but for immediate start!
The role will be based out of our office in Maldon, Essex and you will be tasked to build & complete a project, engaging in planning and design with our other developers.
The project involves the following areas of note:
Payment processing (PayPoint)
ZendFramework (PHP)
HTTPS (strong knowledge of request security)
HTML5, CSS3

The introduction of the new Facebook Timeline has brought forward the importance of Custom Facebook Pages. With the latest changes the navigation to custom pages also changed including the ability to customise the text / image of the custom tab.

Bytewire have recently been working hard on developing a brand new website for local KIA dealer, Ken Brown Motors (Harlow). The new site is now live and can be found at it’s home here – http://www.kenbrownharlow.co.uk. Since going live we have struck up a great working relationship with Ken Brown Motors (Harlow) and are working hard in partnership with the Kia Dealership to drive traffic, and ultimately, leads to the business.
During our time working on this project, there are four main factors that we’ve found REALLY matter to a Kia Dealer (or any car dealer) and it’s website.
Big congratulations to Inspirecard (part of Simplyfundraising) for a really successful week of marketing, culminating in being featured in the inside cover of the Essex Chronicle (no mean feat). The latest changes on Facebook has seen the introduction of Timelines for Facebook Pages. This change has changed the way custom Facebook Pages are accessed. Previously the links to Custom Pages were displayed in a bullet point type list however with the introduction of Facebook Timelines custom pages now have a larger and more prominent set of buttons.
